The U.S. is facing a looming STEM-worker shortage. By 2018, a projected 2.4 million STEM jobs will remain vacant due to a lack of qualified candidates.

Math is essential for the STEM pipeline. Unfortunately, the U.S. ranks 36th in math internationally and domestic scores have remained stagnant for years.

Algebra I has been identified as a “gatekeeper” course to college. Students who fail Algebra I are 4x more likely to drop out of high school.

The Texas Mission to M.A.R.S. campaign is an initiative to fund the completion of Reasoning Mind’s algebra-readiness courses, producing a PK-8th grade suite of world-class content for students and teachers. With your help, we are going to M.A.R.S!

Reasoning Mind is a Texas-based nonprofit committed to igniting students’ interest in math and preparing them for algebra through world-class curriculum, an interactive online learning environment, and teacher professional development and support.

Please send us your information and we will contact you to discuss how your support will help us make algebra-ready students.
