Why does RM have an application process?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate all schools interested in implementing RM. This is for several reasons:

• With rare exceptions, we can only properly support schools in certain geographic areas where we have a presence
• We have found that implementations are only successful at schools with sufficient administrative support
• While we are working on expanding, our current size limits the number of schools we can enroll

Reasoning Mind is a non-profit organization: we do not have the goal of collecting as much in tuition fees as possible. We measure our success (as do the donors who support us) not by the number of implementations, but by the number of successful implementations. For this reason – and in the best interests of schools – we make every effort to ensure beforehand that an implementation has very good chances of success. The application process is our way of making sure that this is the case.
