Our results show that when a school switches to RM, its standardized test passing rate increases or stays the same. However, increasing scores is not the main goal of RM instruction: the target is to teach students the mathematics they will need in future grades, along with creative problem-solving and reasoning skills.

Working with RM is a two-way partnership. Each side takes on certain responsibilities to make sure that the project is a success.
